I liked how broad the range of the book was, good for a beginner interested in Industry 4.0 like myself. Only reason I dock it down to 3 stars is the multitude of grammatical errors that make it hard to read sometimes. I don't understand why it wouldn't at least get reviewed once -- I could've caught these errors. I don't even expect perfection, but many times I had to sit and think about what they were attempting to say. That being said, it's a good intro book to Industry 4.0, the content is great.

Probably the worst edited book I have read that I can think of. Still trying to determine how useful the information in this book is. Very hard to read and feels like it is more like a compilation of rough notes rushed to press.

Seems like says a lot but tells you nothing

It covers a lot of topics, but does not go that much into (technical) detail. It gives a good overview of what is out there that could be tagged with "Industry 4.0".But the image quality is bad (mainly photos of flip chart drawings) or low quality images of other sources. The text is more like notes than a well edited publication. The worst part of the book, and in my opinion the argument for not buying it: It is full of mistakes. Some are easy to spot like grammar or abbreviations that are wrong and the formating/editing is terrible. Worse are the technical mistakes that you cannot see if you are not an expert and familiar with the technical details of protocols and the covered technologies. So if you read the book and find something interesting, you have to double check if it is actually true and then need another reliable source to cover the topic again. A simple review process would have helped so much, but currently the book is terrible to read.
