I ordered two tubes of caulking , both were unusable for the same reason .the tube of caulking had been opened, and seal broken already , as a result it had cured in the tube, was solid, could not be squeezed out the nozzle , therefore was unusable . Both tubes of caulking had the identical problem , where they had been opened already in the same way

I ordered this not once, but twice. Description says timber bark. It comes with a sticker that says timber bark. Opened the first tube thinking it's colored and it came out white. Looked at the tube and it says white. Ordered another tube thinking it's just a fluke. Next tube, white.

I purchased a timber bark tube of caulking in Nov 2025 but didn’t attempt to use until today. The tube had a timber bark #253 sticker applied on the tube but it was white as noted in other complaints.

The caulk was white, not tinted as indicated. Would like to return or exchange.

Product says timber bark and opened it and it’s white.
