I have to be mindful of citric acid and it’s common for vitamin c supplements to be made from this. For me, this specific vitamin c (not sourced from strong citric) works great for my body. The capsule is even made of ingredients more tolerable. My test results show significant improvement!

Everyone should know that their body knows food from chemicals and acerola cherries from ascorbic acid! I grow, eat and love acerola cherries, and they're my go-to vitamin C supplement! If you cannot grow your own, buy these and your body will thank you. I would rather not have the magnesium stearate and the silicon dioxide, but silicon dioxide is less bad than titanium dioxide and the label on my bottle actually spells the magnesium stearate incorrectly, so maybe it's not in there at all!
