Q: How much L-theanine is in 1 packet?

I’m not sure about that but I know my girlfriend does 1 a day and can tell the difference if she don’t do one. But sry I can’t help you any more than that

Q: How long does it take for the energy to kick in?

For me it takes about 10 minutes. On the onset you feel it beginning to entrr into your system. The full effect takes a few but it last for long hrs. For me about 10hrs im up at 5am im laying down by 11pm. I take the goli ashwaganda to wind down and that helps.

Q: I work in a daycare will this help me going to keep up with the little ones?
