Q: how long should it be before I start to notice results from this product. I've been taking it for about a week so far?

As with any natural supplement it can take up to 3 months or more of consistent use to feel a recordable difference in the body. Do not discount its effectiveness however as supplements can have positive long-term results with fewer side effects than any prescription drug.
