The 90 deg angle version makes it harder to attach/detach the nozzle to the tire thread. It’s harder to grip and press the button especially in constrained spaces seen on car wheels between the rim ribs. The hose also ends up being in an odd angle that contributes to the difficulty in detaching the nozzle. I now wish I had bought the straight angle version which would have been easier to lock on. But there seems to cheaper alternatives now. Company gave me a refund - so their customer service is certainly 5 star. So I am upping the rating to 4 from 3.
