Worked Great in Boundary Waters
I bought this tent for a 10 night canoe trek in the Boundary Waters area of Minnesota. The tent worked great. It was easy to set up and take down every day and fit back nicely in its storage bag. The bag was compact but still had room for a plastic sheet that I used as a tent base. The total weight was less than 4 lbs which was important during our portages. The tent remained dry through several heavy rain storms. I am 5’8” and I found the size just about right for a one person tent. I still had room to store some gear and I had enough space to sit up and change clothes. I don’t think the tent would be suitable for anyone over 6’. Overall I am very pleased with this tent and consider it a great value. I expect to get a lot more use out of it. I saw another reviewer was puzzled about the extra short piece of tube. That tube is for an emergency joint repair in case one of the tent pole joints failed, hopefully you will never need it.

Excellent lightweight, one-person tent for bikepacking
I've been using a single-person mini Clostnature tent for two years now for bikepacking. I really like it. It sets up and takes down quickly, is lightweight, reasonably water repellent and packs very small. It doesn't seem particularly robust and likely won't last forever but adding strength would add weight. As others have noted, don't expect a tent to keep you warm. It's there to stop the wind, repel water and keep out bugs and the Clostnature does all those things very well for me.

Excellent Budget Hiking Tent.
Very nice overall quality, easy setup, does what is advertised. Size is accurate to the description. Decent quality zipper but has stretch cord pulls which I found a little awkward. I never used the outer as I always use a tarp over the inner. One clip base tore on the first use right below where the poles cross at the peak as indicated in the photo. Overall, definitely a buy if you’re looking for a decent hiker. Just don’t pull the tieouts too tight. The tear was an easy repair with a touch of Gorilla Glue.

Great single tent.
Pros 1) if you used a single person tent before it follows that standard design. 2) lightweight 3) nice bag for transporting 4) zipper quality appears solid 5) easy to takedown and to setup. 6) no issues with some rain (not sure about a storm) 7) material quality is pretty good 8) adequate room for the size. Cons 1) they shipped me the wrong rain fly (outer cover) so I discovered this in the middle of nowhere however I was able to make it work. However I decided to email them on return and they had a quick turn around to sending me the correct rain fly. So they resolved this con. Summary Great tent and also great after sales support.

Just enough room, packs down small, holds in heat
After using a bivouac type one-man tent, this tent has just enough height to sit up in which is great for setting up just before laying down for the night, or first thing in the morning before emerging from a temporary cave to face the day. There is just enough width for my air mattress, and water bottle and other small stuff on one side. There is also enough room at the head for extras like hat, gloves, sweater caps, etc. I used this tent for bike packing. The poles fold up shorter than my biv one-man tent. So the tent fits better on my rear rack… it sits fully on the rack without hanging over. The overall narrow width makes it easy to put up the tent in the smallest of spaces which opens up more potential placements at camp sites. The ground tarped vestibule is decent sized to keep shoes, jackets, helmet, pannier dry on one half while maintaining an area to get out and stand up. I pack a 5-ft x 8-ft tarp… when folded in half fits pretty well in the covered vestibule area. Great to keep your feet clean and thus the tent, sleeping bag too. The first night I slept in it was warm, so with the tent fully zipped up I was too warm. The next night I slept with the fly unzipped and tied back as shown in the picture. It vented very well. When the temperatures drops, it will be nice to retain more heat zipped up. The fabric is also heavier than some similar tents, which likely adds to the heat retention (and durability). The heavier material is reflected in the weight. At 4-lbs, it’s no lightweight, but is reasonable for the durable fabric. Better IMO than super light, thin fabric. This really is a 3-4 season tent… will be great in the Pacific Northwest where it gets cold, but not frigid as long as I’m below the snow line. The tension straps work super slick. I attach the tie downs to the fly and leave them there, so I just put the loop around the stake, tension the line by sliding the plastic clip towards to tent and lock the cord into the clip. Done. When it comes time to pack up, I just pull the cord down. It unlocks, de tensions and that’s it. There storage pockets on the side and the one overhead is great to put a watch in, glasses, lights, phone, cyclo computer, charger, etc. All in all, it checks the boxes for what I need. ☑️ durable and warm ☑️ Packs down small ☑️ reasonably light weight ☑️ big enough, with minimal footprint area ☑️ perfect sized covered vestibule area ☑️ Inexpensive ( about 40% less than another tent I was considering which was a little lighter (less durable and true 3-season tent) I will have to see how it handles the rain. I do have a footprint for it from a different manufacturer. Fits perfectly and should protect against wet ground. So as long as the fly sheds water well, it should be cozy and dry. I’ll problem seal the seams and spray the fly.

As a seasoned camper always on the lookout for gear that strikes the perfect balance between weight and functionality, this lightweight tent has proven to be a game-changer for my outdoor adventures. This tent combines innovative design, durable materials, and featherlight construction to deliver an exceptional camping experience. First and foremost, the weight of this tent is a standout feature. Weighing in at just a few pounds, it's a backpacker's dream. I no longer feel the burden of a heavy pack when carrying this tent, making long hikes to remote campsites more enjoyable and less strenuous. The lightweight design does not compromise on durability; the materials used are robust, ensuring the tent withstands the rigors of various environments. Setting up this tent is a breeze, thanks to its intuitive design. Even solo campers will appreciate the simplicity of the process. The tent's freestanding design means that it can be easily moved and repositioned until you find the perfect spot, adding to its user-friendly nature. The mesh panels provide excellent ventilation, preventing condensation buildup during the night. Additionally, the rainfly does an admirable job of keeping the interior dry during unexpected rain showers. Durability is a key consideration for any tent, and it excels in this aspect. The ripstop fabric and reinforced seams inspire confidence that this tent will stand up to the elements over time. Zippers are smooth and reliable, and the bathtub-style floor prevents water seepage even in wet conditions. In conclusion, this lightweight tent has become my go-to shelter for all my camping escapades. Its winning combination of weight, durability, and ease of use makes it a top choice for backpackers and campers alike. If you're in search of a reliable and lightweight tent that enhances your outdoor experience, it is a stellar investment. Highly recommended!

Ligera y pequeña, buena calidad, estoy muy contenta, aunque la funda no fue muy resistente

Was looking for a compact tent for motorcycle trips. This thing is just the right size. Packs up small, but has enough room when I'm solo. The one thing you need to know is that there isn't any extra room in it. I'm 6' tall and I cal lay in it flat and sit up without touching the tent. But that is it. There is just enough room in under the rain fly, outside of the tent to store a couple things out of the rain.

Ive owned a lot of tents over 55 years and this one exceeded my expectations. For $100CAD this is a fine little tent! Design is simple and functional, quality, construction and materials are very good. Im 6'4" and i have some room to spare at my head as well. Its easy and quick to set up and has some nice features like a clip on storage "shelf/bag" for doodads and a lanyard hook for a lantern. I like the colour too. Overall very good initial impressions. I have a week long bike packing trip coming up and may provide anither review later after some use.

I compare this to my old eureka Midori that is over twice the money. first off it packs up to half the size which I love, the poles breakdown into small increments that make a big difference. The room inside is slight less than the Midori, If I had a choice I would want just a few more inches- do not get me wrong I want a small tent as where I camp flat ground is hard to find but just a few more inches each direction would had made a huge difference. the bag it comes has extra room if you want to add some extra pegs a ground sheet or 2nd Fly/ Trap. I like that the side come up further before the screen starts this allows for better options when sleeping with out a fly and extra protection during storms. It rained better bad- I stayed dry and warm . You can in a pinch use this tent free standby but I recommend pegging it out to get as much floor space as possible with out pegs out the walls sag in a little to close for comfort if it get stormy Negative-pegs suck, bend easy and I Got the wrong # of them. But I was planning on upgrading those. Negative- Quality control- loops and hocks were on the wrong sides both fly and tent- I made it work but would be nice if you got it right. example the Light hock, Negative- Poor floor- but I knew that going in and it save a lot of space so I just bring a good ground sheet and a spare tarp I still pack up smaller than before. Suggestion 2 man tent too big for me- consider making a 1/ 1/2 man tent Overall I got value for the money here. Tested on 7 day trip in Northern Ontario. If you buys this tent you buying it because you want to save on pack space, you going to sleep it in only ---it fits you an nothing else. if your really tall consider other tents
