Metabo 240V SPA1200 Chip Extractor

This is my first venture into dust extraction but this seems a great product took some assembly but good instructions easy to followOne of the castors is a bit tight but I’m sure it will free off ok when I’ve time to look at it ! Early days but it works brilliant

I purchased this item for extracting polishing debris. I polish stainless steel and brass and a high speed rotating mop is used, the debris from the mop needed to be extracted from the working area. This item works perfectly.

Excellent works perfect with Lathe..

This came highly recommended by other users but I have found that it is really quite noisy and clogs up every time it is used in my workshop and needs to have the hose removed and reattached regularly to clear the blockage caused by sawdust and shavings.

Not bad suction but i found it to work better with smaller hoses. I spent a fortune on 100mm hoses etc to find a standard cheap vacuum had better suction, i changed everything to 50mm pvc pipe and suction alot better BUT it blocks often if trying to vac alot of sawdust.It is also VERY loud, I could deal with the noise if it sucked up like a dyson but its not even close. Alot of money for standard suction imo.Iv had this for about 2 years now so it lasts but i avoid using for a long time due to the noise.All in all i would save your money to be honest and look elsewhere.
