I’m a type 1 diabetic and I use it ether tea or hand full snack . It taste a bit bitter but the results you feel it with in 40 to 60 minutes, O I’ve been a type 1 since 17 years old and in 64 years old now but I take very good care of myself. Do not drink or smoke, walk a lot . I’m also a registered nurse ( Retired) . But this product is very well received and well taken care of, I started it 45 days ago .

Good quality food. I understand they have good health benefits and this seemed like a good volume for the money. They taste very savory and when they are softened with hydration and cooking they add an interesting sour and bitter flavor profile to a dish.

I bought this amla to infuse into my homemade hair butter, and it’s exactly what I needed. The pieces are clean and fresh, with a nice earthy scent. It blended well into my oil and gave my hair products an extra boost. Very happy with this purchase!
