Why does is say dishwasher safe in the photo and non-dishwasher safe in description🥴?

I just wash it by hand, but I’m sure you can put it in the dishwasher

How long does the water sit in the top portion before it is done trickling through to the bottom portion?

For gongfu it is 10-15 seconds per steep

This does not look floral blue to me ? Possible the wrong photo?
