Other brands use these ingredients to achieve the same results. Many fibre supplements (orange one) are psyllium. Senna is a leaf which has been used for millennia to “cleanse” the colon. It works. I read reviews before buying. I read the worst and the best reviews to get an idea of what to expect. In this case, they both read the same way, you will produce excrement. Ok. Here’s my first 48 hours. Following the instructions I took one capsule at 6 pm with a light meal (rice salmon broccoli). I was afraid and waited. I got a bit crampy before moving my bowels 15 hours later. I had a few in a row lasting about two hours. Cramps gone. Regular day. Instructions say 1 capsule three days a week to start. Y’all taking two capsules twice daily didn’t follow directions and I imagine that it was unpleasant. Day 2 woke up normal. 12 hours after last movement another movement. No cramps no problem. Will take another capsule tonight and every other night for the week and then I’ll stop to see my body response. Follow the instructions and it will be effective and not overly unpleasant.

Well I have taken This and nothing happened, not even a single cramp or any movement in my stomach. Im on day 2 now and I am now taking it again so I guess I will update my review if this product actually works. I was uneasy about taking 2 at a time due to the reviews advising against it but if I do not end up having a bowel movement by tomorrow then I guess I will try taking 2 at a time and see what happens. I’ll be back to update if its worth updating and it actually works and does what it’s supposed to do!
