Is the top cover/ canopy included?

yes it is! However this is very cheaply made and does not hold up at all, especially if there is any type of wind that could come up. I would look for something else if you plan on leaving this up for more than 2 hrs. Of which it takes 1hr plus to set up.

Could you tell me the height of walls?

Walls are 10'...so it's. 10Hx10Wx20L...there's the middle section which goes up higher. It was very pretty but for us it didn't work because the wind was too much for it and it didn't hold. Hope this helps
