Bought 2 of these, they arrived early which was great. Packaging looked fine, on opening the first one I found that 3 of the feet looked like they had been hit with a hammer and totally unusable. The actual wooden box seems undamaged but not assembled them yet. Not sure if I should keep them and buy new better quality feet as it is a hassle to repackage them and return them as I found out when ringing customer service that they won’t arrange collection, I need to return them and claim the cost back. Definitely not happy with this product or the return options available from Amazon.

First one came with the screws missing so had to return.?it’s replacement when being assembled turned out to be very cheap material and the wood by the hinges split and broke away. Avoid buying this it’s poor quality

Now this is an extremely good ottoman very easy to put together took me around 30 mins and i used electric screw driver i just followed the instructions, BUT unfortunately 1 of the feet came smashed to bits (as photo shows) and they are only plastic which is a bit of a let down but still 5 stars for how good the product in general is...i may even buy another one

I bought the product to go on the landing upstairs to be used for bedding. The product is the right size and fits the area. It’s easy to put together for one person and took around 30 minutes to do.The materials are cheap but fit with the purchase price. It doesn’t look horrible or cheap, I would say it’s more down to the quality of the build and materials used. The lid has adjustable hinges but even so one corner will not sit flat, so it doesn’t shut properly. Other than that it’s a nice size and fits all of my bedding.

I have knocked off a star as this item had a scuff mark, luckily on the base. It's sturdy. And looks great in our spare room.
