great second series!
I ordered this bc I used his first series (Burst Fit) for about 4 yrs, before and after a hip PAO surgery. I loved that one bc I was able to go low impact and still get a great workout. I actually got really ripped with very low weights! This second one (Fire) I ordered bc I felt my body was getting too used to the first and I wanted more core and more challenge; I got both! Fire is a bit more challenging, but still short 20 min workouts and still able to go low impact. The only "bummer" is you have to change out the disc every day (but it does open up quickly). Also, since you're not always able to look at the screen, they could verbally prompt you a bit better to start and stop the exercise. Both series have been so awesome during this pandemic.

Not the best choice for me
This was just so beyond my fitness level that I am only giving it 3 stars because before buying it I got the idea that anyone of any fitness level could do this. I will try to build strength using other ways and try this again because if I ever get to the point where I can begin to get through these workouts I feel sure that it will get me into really great shape. That said, I really love all that Dr. Josh Axe puts out there for us to freely partake of in terms of health information, and I am really wanting to like this video also.

I returned this program enjoyed the first burst fit. This was not that difficult with a lot of repetitive exercises. Dr ax was not great at cuing the exercises. Also it was so choppy with the warm up and cook down in all separate DVDs. Better workouts out there .

Love Dr. Axe's products!!!
Dr. Axe and Dr. Chelsea have put together an awesome workout! Not only is this great for those in a hurry, it's also extremely intense! The Core Abs workout left my abs sore for a couple of days, which felt amazing because I know they were being worked hard! The cardio is equally just as intense and challenging! Not only am I loving their supplements I've been trying, their DVD's are great and keep me motivated an encouraged! Excited to try other products by Dr. Axe! So far, I have nothing but praise to say about him and his product line! Great buy!!!

Just received these workouts in the mail today. Went to go workout and all three DVD's will not load the workouts. It will play the same short intro over and over but not you select a workout to do. Very frustrating. I have an event in the near future I wanted to tone up for and was really excited about starting this quickly. Now I'll have to wait for a reply and send back and mess with that whole process.

Love it!
I will finish my first thirty days tomorrow! I have not worked out regularly for over a decade due to knee, back and neck issues. After hearing about Dr. Axe and researching his food and exercise beliefs, I decided to buy this program. Like anything else, it has it's pros and cons.PROS** The mere fact that I have followed this program for the entire thirty days is a miracle for me as I usually only last a few days** He has two levels of intensity and I was able to easily adjust for my physical limitations** He is very encouraging on the videos - my new mantra is "I can do anything for ten seconds!"** While I don't look like Dr. Axe or his wife Dr. Chelsea with a completely toned body after thirty days, I have lost several pounds and have gotten a "two pack" started! I am also starting to see muscles that I haven't seen in years! When I think about where I started, this is a HUGE improvement!** They are great motivators and I found myself pushing harder than I ever would without them.** I'm looking forward to starting it again - Can't wait to see how much I can improve after 60 days!CONS** Chelsea is much better at letting you know when different exercise times are complete. Once I figured out the moves, I don't look at the screen and Dr. Axe doesn't always give good cues so I will stop too soon which can be frustrating.** Like any other video exercise program the repetition can get a little boring, but even so, I am so far from mastering all the moves, that it motivates me to keep going.** I wish the warm up and cool down sessions were included with the burst exercises, it's kind of a pain to have to switch to the first dvd for the warm up and the last dvd for the cool down.Overall, I really love this program. Thanks to Dr. Axe, I have transformed my way of life. I am following a lot of his suggestions for healthy eating (I also bought his cookbook) and exercising. I have listened to all of his podcasts and have branched out into listening to some of the people he has interviewed. What I really like about him is that he is someone I can get behind and he is easier to follow than some of the other, more extreme people out there. Thanks Dr. Axe!

Awesome workout!
Loved the original BurstFit by Dr. Axe so I wanted to try this one as well. OVERALL, I like the first one better. Every workout in that program wears me out. Some of these Fire ones don't seem as intense on their own, but still a great workout. The cardio one...oh my word. I am in pretty good shape (run, do Insanity, etc.) and that one completely wipes me out. By the time I get to the final circuit I'm ready to just lay down on the floor in my sweat. The ab ones are killer too!

Awesome workout!!
I had to return this because it was too advanced for me. Easy to follow along with, but boy did I hurt the next day and two days after that. I want to exercise every day and after I do this I had to rest for a few days… My muscles hurt bad. My whole midsection was just insanely sore. I will purchase this again after him a little more fit. I would definitely recommend this DVD for someone who's looking for a serious muscle building routine.
