Lightweight & Durable
Lightweight & durable. I wish I had bought this years ago.I bought it to replace "single use" plastic water bottles that I would reuse for a month. The plastic ones would stink up fairly quickly at the opening. I cannot figure out why, but my titanium bottle takes a VERY long time before it starts to smell. So if you are lazy about washing your daily water bottle like me, get this bottle! For backpacking, I still bring two 1L size SmartWater bottles, but for daily use, travel, and camping, this bottle is great because it is so lightweight and durable. I drop things with some regularity and this bottle is a tank! That it fits neatly in my small crossbody purse is a bonus.Due to its titanium construction, you can remove the cap and set it near (not in!) a fire or stove to thaw the water inside in case it froze. Be sure to rotate it to ensure even thawing. Also, you can put in hot tea , that otherwise might melt your plastic bottle! Just be sure to hold bottle with gloves or mittens because it is NOT insulated -- hot water inside = hot bottle outside. In case anyone was wondering about filling it with alcohol, you can do that too. I premixed a cocktail and brought it on a weeklong canoe trip. Titanium is very nice for this because it doesn't change the flavour of your drink, unlike other metals. I learned my lesson after putting expensive scotch in a Stanley flask..!It does not leak as long as you do not under or overtighten the threads. I have had one person use my bottle and it leaked because they didn't pay attention. I don't normally pay attention either, and I don't get leaks, but it is worth noting. If you are concerned, you can always shake it upside down to see if it will leak. The only negative I can think of, for my purposes, is the price. It's what kept me from buying it for so long, and what keeps me from buying one for each member of my family ;-DI love this bottle!

Everything we were looking for
This titanium bottle went on it’s first 10k in the mountain canyons yesterday and didn’t leak a drop. The lid is easy to get off and on but I apply a bit of downward pressure to help the silicone seal to seat or unseat. This 18.6 fl oz bottle weighs 2.5 oz less than the stainless 16 fl oz bottle that I’ve been using. It nests nicely with an MSR 400 ml titan cup with room to spare so a paper towel can be wrapped around the bottle if desired. Various drinks can be mixed up in the cup letting the bottle carry only clean, pure water. This the biggest bottle that fits standing up in my Mystery Ranch Hip pack with a Patagonia Houdini and a handful of essentials, perfect for trail hiking and canyon walking for our favorite 10k jaunts. The bottles are certainly high quality and priced very nicely compared to other similar bottles of lightweight and good looking titanium. We did a backing soda soak followed by a vinegar soak to get the normal manufacturing smell washed clean. Now we can’t taste anything but clean, pure water.

Lightweight, strong
I bought this particlular titanium bottle from Keith because I had purchased their folding titanium spoons and they are my favorite spoons. So I figured I'll try out their bottle...also it was on sale 😅. This bottle has a weird aftertaste, although the weird taste does seem to dissipate slowly after several times washing it. The neoprene cover it comes with is a snug fit and does help a little with insulation. This is a single wall bottle so it won't retain cold for very long. The advantages to this is that you can put the bottle ditectly in fire to heat it up as long as you take the lid with the Silicone "O" Ring off the bottle so it won't melt. In the Las Vegas heat (100°F -115°F avg) filled with ice and water, it lasted me about 3hrs.

Great Value - Nice bit of Gear - Initially, wash it repeatedly
This is a 10-month review.I bought this because last year, I was doing quite a bit of traveling and spending some times in hotels. I like having my own container for water and beverages. I like ice, and I like it in my drinks. I needed a smaller container that would pack easy. This fit the bill nicely.Pros:- Lightweight- Subtle form factor, it's not a gigantic and a super awkward Nalgene bottle. It doesn't look out of place on a desk.Don't get me wrong there's a place for those, just not at work.- The neoprene cozy that comes with it, is nice. It holds in the sweating, and keep the beverage cold just a littlelonger. By no means does it insulate like a cooler. it just helps a little.- It's the perfect portion of water/drink for me.Cons:- The neoprene cozy makes it a little unstable as you are getting towards the bottom of your drink. It has wobbled a like a drunken sailor a couple of times and spilled once or twice.- I did experience the strange offputting taste initially. I washed it 3-4 times. Filled it with warm water and dumped it out 2-3 times. Then I tried it and experienced the taste issue after my drink was sitting in the cup for about an hour.My solution was: I let it sit full of water with dishwashing liquid for 2-3 days and would periodically shake it with dishwashing liquid. Dumping and refilling it daily. After that, no issues.I have been using this bottle Since September of 2018, and have been generally pleased with it. I am going to start looking for a Keith cup to nest it in for my bag.

A ultralight and solid bottle
It is tasteless, ultralight and solid bottle. I put into my daily bag and does not feel its existence due to its small size and super light weight. This is an essential EDC item suitable for a UL hiker.
