i was hesitant to go for this brush after years of using oral B and the first few brushes did feel odd, but now I'm past that this is an excellent choice, i needed a good electric brush that was not only transportable in a case but also rechargeable via USB power bank and this fitted the bill perfectly, it feels well made and isn't too noisy, there is a built in 2 min timer function, it has several cleaning functions and 3 levels of intensity, the vibrations are very strong and it cleans your teeth well, i like the supplied glass that means this won't topple over in the bathroom like others do, and the glass is also used alongside the charging puck, you also get 1 years' worth of brush heads supplied so no other immediate outlay. the APP is there if you're that way inclined and it keeps track of your progress, but it has to be open and with you which i did a few times but not since as it's a bit gimmicky in my opinion, all in all as a good powerful toothbrush that has multiple modes and power levels it is very much recommended

Excellent toothbrush with superb cleaning. My brush on/off button was failing. I was offered the repair 😊 Good customer service, the brush was picked up by Royal Mail t the doorstep and returned in around 10 days. Very pleased to have it back, it was replaced by a new brush handle.

I haven’t experienced any issues with the product itself so far; it has functioned as expected. However, the shipping box arrived noticeably damaged, with tears and dents visible, although this apparent damage did not seem to impact the integrity of the product. Since purchasing, I have only used it four times, so I cannot comment on its long-term durabilit.

Amazing tooth brush. Took advantage of the Black Friday sale prior to my stay in Stockholm. The travel case was especially useful as it can charge the device, although the battery life is pretty decent.

Purchased to replace an aging Sonicare which had served me well for many years but had become noisy, unfortunately this is nowhere near what I would have expected for such a price. Battery life is absolutely shocking lasting 2 days at most, yes that’s 4 toothbrushings before it needs charging. No warning given either just fails to turn on the next time! My previous Sonicare lasted weeks before needing a recharge and gave a flashing amber battery symbol and vibration alert of needing to be charged. I’ve tried disconnecting from Bluetooth app to see if that improved battery life but sadly made no difference. App is pointless as it’s not live and merely guides you so if you are not brushing the highlighted part it fails to recognise where the brush is in your mouth and sometimes even when brushing the highlighted area fails to record it! Overall very unimpressed and will be returning!

Build quality is great, operating is quiet and brush heads are very good. Very powerful, one charge lasted for over 4 weeks. Brought in the prime deal for great value.

Takes bit of getting used to! The ultrasonic vibrations are a bit intimidating at first. Quick tip: don't load it with toothpaste and turn it on before you put it in your mouth. The toothpaste goes flying everywhere. But it does a good job, and I'm only having to charge the handset once every couple of weeks or so. My teeth feel really clean, and I'm not damaging my gums anymore. You only do it once! You get a light on the base of the handset, or a notification on your phone, if you're pressing too hard or moving too quickly. I'm not sure the app's assessment of the cleaning thoroughness is very reliable, though.
