I tried multiple ways to get enough air into this ball. As soon as you remove the tube used to put in air, air is released, and too much. I could not get in the plug quick enough. When I did get plug in where it was at least acceptable, air still seemed to come out. The ball was just too low on air to use. I returned.

This is my first yoga ball and I'm not sure how firm it is supposed to be. They sent me the yoga ball, which has a really nice soft texture feel and a straw to blow air into it. It's actually really easy to blow it up, the hard part is sticking the cover back in before the air blows out. It was super frustrating and I couldn't get it totally firmed up because of how much air shoots out after you take the straw out. That's my only complaint. Plus now I have to keep the straw somewhere just in case the ball loses more air.

I ordered this ball to use in my physical therapy exercises after a car accident. It seems to work just as good as the one they have at the office where I'm getting treatment and lets me do the same moves at home that they have me do when I'm there. It's quite sturdy, holds air well, and has a variety of uses. 4 stars.

This ball comes with a plastic straw. You pull a plug out of the ball and put the straw in the hole and blow the ball up like a balloon. Problem is as soon as you pull out the straw the air comes rushing out as you put in the plug. It took several tries and the ball isn't as inflated as I want but I gave up. Over inflating allowed me to at least get it to a squishy feel but I'd prefer it to be a little firmer.

It is perfect for my Pilates exercise time. It supports my waist and back.

Dopo p[arecchi anni di uso frequente la mia palla da yoga della Stott ha tirato le cuoia. Ora viene venduta ad un prezzo spropositato ed alla fine e' una se alice palla di materiale gonfiabile. Ho trovato questa di marca sconosciuta e va benissimo. Contiene la palla, la cannuccia per gonfiarla e il pirulino per tappare la palla.La uso per fare Pilates con il reformer e va benissimo. Niente da invidiare a quella della Stott. Vediamo se reggere' nel tempo. Per ora non si sgonfia e regge bene durante gli esercizi. Disponibile in tre colori.

J'ai acheté ce ballon pour faire de la rééducation après une rupture du tendon d'Achille.Le ballon se gonfle rapidement et facilement.La texture est agréable sous le pied et l'élasticité permet de faire ses exercices tranquillement.Le ballon est résistant et n'a pas éclaté malgré l'activité.Le seul reproche est que le ballon n'est pas très rond, mais bon, dans mon utilisation, ce n'était pas trop grave.
