This has really.helped my gut health. For years, have had digestive issues that seemed to vastly improve after about a month of taking this. Tried so many things that did not seem to work, this did! I continue to take and will do so for gut and overall health and well being.

As I find butyrate is more important to our gut than we realized I'm glad I'm taking this. It's hard to know how well it works but I know it's not hurting me! I'll continue taking it but probably reduce what I'm taking as the months go on.
