Can these be heat pressed?

Maybe on a cool to warm setting, not sure about fabric. The ones I recieved do not need to be pressed. Have a very Merry Christmas🎅🤶☃️

Are these hats the size you could hang them on the corner of a picture frame ?

Not really. I put silverware/napkin in them. Think they would fall off unless you taped them on. They are cute on the tables ☺️
