Yes. My wife has the condition and tells me the cream relieves most of the pain in her hand. It's worth the price.

I have had Dupuytrens for many years, will the cream help me?

I've only used it for 2 months or so and I think it has made the tension in hand less. I'm thinking that a few more months will make a big difference.

How long after you use, can you wash your hands?

I put it on at night when I know I will not wash my hands right away. It is probably best your hand has the time it needs to absorb the cream. You may want to contact the company that makes the cream to get a better answer.
