Excellent Massage and Health tools
I bought this for my wife and she uses them religiously. I also started to use the wood massage tool which works excellent .It massages the tightness out of your muscle and relaxes you. Wood piece well made and easy to hold and control while massaging. I have been using it to massage my calves and it is magical .

Brush sucks. Paddle is brilliant
The brush is way to rough for dry brushing. But love the massage paddle.

Best $23 I Spent Before and After 1 Use
I never use the dry brush before and after one use I was amazed to see the difference on my skin texture. I run twice a week and I have this stubborn cellulite on my upper arms that is now gone because of the dry brushing. My butt looks better my stomach has less cellulite and my muscle aches are relieved all because of dry brushing! I love my dry brush! I recommend this product for everybody. I put a picture of after I used the dry brush for 5 days on my arms that use to have old lady cellulite arms, now they're 5 years younger. Amazing!

Finally got to try my brush and paddle. They are both lovely. Only downside is that the brush sheds a little.
