For what age of child will this patch fit?

My 7 year old has been wearing these for a year. It could definitely fit an older child too. Maybe up to 10ish.

Do these work on glasses?

Did not work for my 7 month older. He literally scratched it off every time we tried to use it. I donated almost full box of it
