I use these to loosen up my back after playing softball or hiking. A good supplement to go along with stretching.

It Really Works
Was skeptical but it actually works. I do wish it had a longer lasting affect but other than that no issues with it. Best to dissolve under tongue for full strength. Don't chew or just swallow it. It tastes like sugar so no bad after taste.

So far, it is not helping my pain, not one little bit
I guess my pain is different from other people‘s pain. I’ve been taking this product for two days and it is not helping my pain at all. I will try it a little longer to see if I could see a difference in my pain levels but as of now it’s not working, it’s kind of sad that they won’t let you send it back and give you a refund because this product definitely does not work at all

Not sure if it works
My husband says it doesn’t do anything. I think maybe it helps me ?? I’m not sure as I thankfully don’t have a lot of pain. I won’t be reordering.
