Really nice they stay warm for a good while, I have tmj issues which hurt my neck and jaw and rub it in circles, it feels really relaxing and calms my anxiety nice feel to the stones

I didn't want then too big but these are large enough to fit in the palm of my hands.

Having been qualified in Massage and Hot Stones massage for over 20 years. I am always dubious about trying things from amazon. However. I needed some extra stones at last minute so thought I would try them. They are absolutely lovely. And I'm really pleased with them. They heat up well in my oven and in my bag and hold the heat as long as my original stones. I will definitely buy these again if I need to.
