I can only speak for myself And experience. For me it worked the next day, and I figured one more thing: the longer you let the bag sit in your cup the more potent the tea. Be careful though, the instructions say only two minutes and remove the tea bag from your cup. I drink it at night around 9-10 pm. When I get up around 6-7 am, I am for sure going to the restroom. Be prepared to go at least 1- 3 times. After about 4 days drinking the tea, I realized I could start drinking it every other day or every two days. My body adjusted and I could empty out on my own so switching to tea every two days works for me. Pay attention to your body. Also drink lots of water! Water, water, water. Thanks for reading.
