These are very adjustable. There is velcro and also some little snaps to make the front smaller. I have a 12 lb. Shih Tzu and bought the Medium. I immediately ordered another set.

I adopted a 5 1/2 yr old unaltered male yorkie-poo who was not potty trained from the Dog Warden. I had him neutered and worked on his house breaking skills- he's not perfect but has improved greatly. Recently, I was given a 3 yr. old pure unaltered female yorkie from a neighbor because they could not potty train her. I had her spayed and we are working on her outdoor and indoor (pee pad) training and are making progress. My Vet said that yorkies are the worst for house breaking - it's a damn good thing that they are cute! I have become the stereotypical old lady with her dogs who takes them to family Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners - I don't like leaving them home all day alone- but I like to be a respectful guest too! I had belly bands for the male but now I needed something for the female. I was offered a chance to purchase the doggie derriere Diapers at a reduced price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. When the doggie derriere Diapers arrived I was very impressed by the quality of the product! I thought the small size fit both my 6lb and 9 lb. perfectly. There is a generous amount of velcro to adjust the doggie derriere Diapers for a perfect fit - please be aware the velcro goes on top- not underneath the dog. I also use Ultra Thin Overnight women's pads as a liner which fit perfectly inside- just change the pad and the doggie derriere Diapers stay dry. The carry bag is much larger than in the picture and is perfect for carrying the doggie derriere Diapers, panty liners, food and toys when traveling. I would love to have just a panty cover in holiday designs be available.
