Buy it, ignore your wife, its your money.
Hands down, the best electric beard trimmer I have ever owned period. Where do i start? Well, its the closest shave without using razors I've ever had, it doesn't tug or pull at the hairs, it shapes my beard with ease because of its design, no hair can get trapped inside, meaning it does not require cleaning out after every use. I recommended it to my friend for her adult son & he was in agreement with me & was over the moon with his mum for getting it for him. If you make one decision as a male with a glorious beard? Its buying this beard trimmer, today! Don't even think about it, just get it. Oh, your wife doesn't agree with the expense? Leave her, marry me instead, we will play video games & talk about different kinds of WWII tanks.

Perfect for a shorter fringe!
I bought this to do my fringe as I love a good blunt shorter fringe. So easy to use, really quick to do touch ups. Love it! Goodbye scissors!

Its not greasy its blade oil
Works fine and for the money, good value. There is another review that states the trimmer turned up used and greasy as did mine. I'm pretty sure its just blade oil from manufacturing as the blades are steel.

Good while it lasted
Worked well for a few months - was small enough to pack for travelling, and did a good job of keeping my moustache tidy. But then a tiny piece of plastic that held the battery holder in place snapped, and the trimmer no longer works as it won't close properly. Shame, as it was a good bit of kit. But sadly not very durable...
