I'm a fan and I trust this brand, it really works. It helps make me calm and sleepy at night. The bottle says 6 sprays is about 50mg so I put 6 sprays on each foot before bed and I'm asleep within the hour. All magnesium products warn that it will irritate skin and cause a burning sensation, and so this brand is no exception. When I spray it directly on my skin, its quite uncomfortable but I saw some great advice saying to spray it on the bottom of your feet because the skin is thicker and more tough and that's been working perfectly for me! and I have no irritation on my feet. Sometimes I wash it off after 30 minutes because I don't like getting oil in my bed sheets. It does make my feet feel quite sticky more than oily so I like to wear socks after spraying it on.

My restless legs during pregnancy was horrible, so I actually bought this oil spray the same time as magnesium lotion. I would put the lotion on at bedtime and if I started to get restless legs again later I’d put the spray on. It works about as well as the lotion, but it was easier to put on since I could just spray it. I would buy again.
