I've been looking for a supplement to support healthy skin, bone and joint health. and digestion- and this Flight Nutrition product does all of this in one. After using this product for a few consecutive days, I have already say that I have noticed an improvement in (at least) my skin health. I have noticed acne clear and the bags under my eyes begin to lessen. While reviews have knocked the taste of this product, it really is fine if you blend it properly into your coffee or smoothie. The product only has a bitter taste when you happen to get a chunk of power that hasn't been thoroughly mixed in. Otherwise, taste and odorless. I highly recommend trying this product, especially at this price point.

I've been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides but it's more expensive so I gave this a try, Flight Nutrition Collagen Peptides is a very fine powder and DOES NOT dissolve in liquid. It just clumps into sticky balls. I can't use it in my morning coffee. Very disappointed.

I was so excited to try this and when I finally did I was amazed at how smooth the texture was and how great it tasted. You can mix it in with practically anything. Whether you're going for a soup broth, mixing it in coffee, or even putting it in some oatmeal.. it's an amazing source of collagen and of various amino acids including ones your body can not produce on its own.

Great product! Dissolves well and is basically tasteless. I add this to my morning oats every morning and have been using for about 2 months. Have noticed a difference in my hair, nails and skin. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable collagen peptides product.

Clumps terribly in liquid--I have to use a blender to get it mixed up well. The cap isn't easy to screw back on and the powder is so fine that it goes everywhere and makes a mess. I'm really disappointed with this brand and wanted to return it, but they'll charge me $6 in shipping to send it back! Amazon recommended this brand, so I will think twice before taking their recommendation next time.

Does not dissolve easily in liquid. Gets small clumpy and glue like blobs. I don't do protein shakes so have had to mix with small amount of yogurt to consume easier.The taste is ok. Hopefully it is fulfilling the benefits one should get from collagen.

I have been taking collagen peptides for several years and have tried many different products. I finally found one that I was very happy with, however one day while reordering it was not available on Amazon. So I tried this product. My first impression was that it does not dissolve well at all, at least it doesn't in cold liquid. It sticks to the side of the glass, to the spoon, clumps floating on top of the liquid. Normally I wouldn't care, I'll drink anything if I think it will help. In order for collagen to be most effective though, the body has to be able to process before it comes out as waste. It's easier for your body to be able to extract the most value out of product that is most easily dissolved. After about a week, I noticed that my aches and pains were returning, at first I did not put 2 and 2 together, but then I realized that it might be the change in collagen product. So what I have done is double the dose which has seemed to help. My old product is back though, so I wont be purchasing this product again. Nice packaging, product was delivered on time, but other then that, eh!

Looked at numerous products similar to this one and ended up choosing this one because of the value it offered. It's affordably priced and the quality is better than most of the other stuff I considered. I mix this with my regular protein and it blends just fine. As for the benefits, it's still pretty early but my joints don't hurt nearly as bad after a hard workout since I've taken these collagen peptides. Normally my elbows, shoulders, and knees would crack and be sore but the soreness and cracking have both subsided. Thanks Flight Nutrition, you guys have a solid product here.
