Keeps the coffee nice and warm, neither retains or imparts a flavour and the spill resistant inner cap works really well. It’s not dishwasher safe which is a little annoying but easy enough to clean with a brush.

Looks good. Often get comments on it. And it keeps drinks warm for an amazingly long time - like even the next day the drink is warm. Quite incredible. Very glad I bought.

Though it's pricier than other options, following the care instructions ensures longevity. I’ve been using this coffee mug daily now and have to say from the minute it arrived I’ve been in love with it. Part of the enjoyment with drinking coffee is being able to take in the wonderful aromas and the wide opening on the Fellow Carter mug finally allow for this where other mugs fail.The design is sleek and premium looking. Everybody who’s seen it comments on its appearance. I went with black initially, and I may be ordering another in green because I like it so much. There are plenty of cool colours to choose from anyway!The coffee stays hot for several hours which is perfect for my needs. I make a brew at 06:30 and usually drink the coffee around 10:00 when I’m at work. Preheating the mug with boiling water beforehand would obviously extend the abilities to keep the drink hotter for longer.I have not tried out the “anti-spill” guard yet, but will update my review once this has been tested.There are no metallic tastes to the coffee or bad smells in the mug itself thanks to the ceramic coating. Something which is a deal-breaking problem with competing mugs!The mug itself is easy to clean, with little hiding places for dirt and the ceramic coating doing a wonderful job of repelling liquid. There has been slight staining on the inside from coffee being stored in it for long periods of time but this is to be expected.I said it’s not flawless, and that is for one reason; the metal lip. When drinking coffee from a classic, say glass, mug at home, the lip will warm up and this sensation is what we are all used to when drinking coffee. In contrast, the metal lip on this mug stays cold, which is an odd sensation at first until you get used to it. This is not a problem exclusive to the Fellow Carter mug. in fact, almost every travel mug suffers from this problem. I’m mentioning it because if this one downfall can be overcome then we would have on our hands the single best coffee mug ever built!

This is a great travel mug, fits perfectly in a car cup holder, and the interior surface doesn’t affect the taste at all. The materials feel premium and durable. Very impressed with the overall quality and would definitely buy again.

Best thing on the planet, worth its weight in gold, keeps my coffee warm from 6am till 6pm. By 6pm it’s warm but up to 2pm it’s pipping hot. Only complaint would be the insert that controls that slows down the flow of liquid. Gets stained very quickly from coffee, and is hard to remove. Otherwise fantastic product overall, would buy again and recommend to anyone

So happy with my purchase that I already bought a second one! Does exactly what it’s supposed to, no strange tastes or smells, keeps my coffee hot, it’s totally leakproof and looks very sleek

An excellent product, nice to handle, easy to use and clean, keeps hot for a long while, doesn't affect the taste of your drink ... but ludicrously expensive for what it is hence three stars.
