SO FAR SO GOOD
Getting acquainted with the laptop but so far everything seems great. It is a bit different from my last HP laptop, but I am having fun exploring. Can't wait to find out all the new things that are available with Windows 11.

Don't buy this
Our's lasted 18 months with minimal use, the hinge broke. Google it, it happens to all of these.

Less than a month old and the hinge is already coming apart
I’ve had this thing for less than a month and now it can’t even be opened or closed without having to PUSH the screen and laptop back together.Update 7-22: the hinge has now completely separated from the screen and the Lenovo warranty that comes with the laptop doesn’t cover this obvious defect. So save yourself some money, and buy another brand of laptop.

Fubar
Windows 11 won't load. Microsoft help unable to access to fix problem, computer malfunction. No guarantee no fix. I can pay someone to fix it or use as door stop. Seller knows exactly what their selling you. One born every minute, don't let it be you.

Disappointing Purchase
The seller stated "Original Seal: is opened for upgrade ONLY." However, this was clearly a used product. It did not come in a manufacturer's box, it has scratches on the laptop lid, and one of the internal speakers is not working. Overall, it feels like we were misled, and thus the purchase is disappointing. Objectively speaking, we probably got our money's-worth though. (It wasn't over-priced, even for a used product.)Not the seller's issue, but it's also worth noting that the LCD screen quality is the worst I've ever seen on a computer--you have to angle it just right in order to see details on the top and bottom of the screen.

Muy ligera
Es un equipo muy ligero para transportar de la escuela a casa. Yo uso mochila y mi laptop anterior me causaba dolor de espalda por el tiempo que la cargaba. Me ha encantado su diseño es muy elegante. Todavía no le doy uso rudo pero hasta el momento me ha funcionando muy bien

Pesima calidad y servicio
Mala calidad en este producto, el proveedor simplemente dijo ponerle un type, y no respeta la garantía del fabricante. Que aún está vigente...
