Sorry for the person that got an empty box. I would not have ordered it if I saw that. I hope that was a mistakeI ordered twice with no problems. They did take forever to get. I know a little about glass blowing so I didn't expect perfect flowers. I have been complaining to Amazon about sizing to no avail. The heart is 10mm the total length is 20mm. One customer mentions wire wrap. My orders came with a pretty loop

Have bought 3 ordered of these so far. They don’t look like flowers inside, but my family and friends still think they are cute. I used the to hide knots in bracelets. They are very pretty and we will buy more.

These are VERY pretty, and make VERY good art. However, they're MUCH smaller than I thought they'd be.

They are bigger than I thought. My fault Im going to have to learn cm although it would be much easier if they'd use inches too in the description.
