Read directions, place it where needed on the body and press the go button. Relief is significant though not a total healer to make a complete healing. It’s like taking aspirin and it has a period of time to be an effective pain reliever and then you take aspirin again. I do like it and it works well. Actually bought a second one for the wife.

It works as well as the one my PT uses. This is a simple to use, incredibly effective unit. I highly recommend it. The pads are wonderfully easy to reuse. The settings are very easy to understand and offer a variety of modes/patterns and intensities. A great value for the price.

Works but I go through batteries quickly

Purchased one of these over 10 years ago, stopped working this year. Purchased the new device and used the cord to test the other one only to find out it was the cord that failed and not the device itself. Love this little gadget for those annoying muscles that cause pain once in a while.

This thing is great. I have used it on my upper back, lower back, and knees when needed. It does the trick. You just need to figure out which setting works the best for your pain. Surprisingly, the batteries last a good, long while.

I have a better tens unit from my doctor, however, I was looking for one I could put in my pocket while traveling and going places. 1st no clip to adhere to your clothing. 2nd does not last longer than 15 min so you are constantly resetting it. 3rd the patches do not stick worth a hoot. They fall off while wearing and if you touch them you get shocked of course. I would not

This TENS unit is so wonderful. It is easy to use, the batteries are easy to install and replace. Simple buttons for controls and it works so very well. I have gotten so much relief with it. Excellent value, highly recommend.

Needful for all age

It helps a lot. I bought this for my lower back pain. This has 5 modes and 10 speeds. I usually use it on mode 4 with speed 1. I am really satisfied with the product.
