The product is excellent and effective remedy for pain. It relieves orthopedic pain. The size is large and covers the affected area . Temperature controller is too good. Packaging also very nice . Really a good product

The switch for operating the heating pad was defective...marked single star because for this defect my money Rs 1480 is stuck since last 13 days, if Ascent Meditech , the owner of the brand Flamingo believes that if their product has been picked up by the Amazon delivery person then for sure it will reach back to them and therefore should release my money just after pick up, but probably they don't have that faith on Amazon and that's why sitting on my money until the product reaches back to them, they get to hold it like baby... Or may be Amazon do some act of not being faithful and that's why vendors don't rely on them, either of it may be, but my money is stuck anyway

Product is amazing but the delivery was pathetic. I have a amazon prime membership and accordingly i have ordered this product for one day delivery but it has been delivered in 4 days then what is the use of my membership.

Good product. Heat settings are friendly for senior citizen usage.

Length of wire is comparatively less than earlier product along with that the heat pad width and height is also compromised. Did not expect this from a renowned brand.
