Love the camera and it rotates to all angles!

Initially image used to get stuck in between and lots of disturbance. and required to reset to get the video back. After some time I have realized that the problem occurs mainly while camera rotates. It worked till 8 months and it completely dead now. It has a loose contact in the rotation mechanism. May be a faulty piece. But its use to do the job otherwise and have a decent app interface. I have contacted WYZE. Its highly time consuming process and around 10 days of discussions they have informed that I can ask for refund from Amazon.

This camera is good, I used it as a baby monitor in the bedroom. I could access it from anywhere, even from work to keep an eye on my baby. If you are buying this to talk to people then this is not the one. The speaker on this camera is not very good as it is bad quality and the volume is low. I have now reached the 3 month mark and my camera is playing up. Spinning on its own and changing angles. It also keeps disconnecting, but this may be an issue with my WiFi and not the camera.

Not recommended. Its not working well.

It is so frustrating to be not able to rely on your security/pet camera when needed. It has stopped working. Keep getting disconnected even after rebooting a 100 times. I wont recommend this product. Better to buy a higher price point product than to spend money on this.

Tired of trying to get a decent good cam? I was too.. I’ve ordered a few different cams for work and home over the years- never happy especially when things did updates and stopped working. Or just stopped working all together without updates being needed. That is until I finally invested in Wyze. This cam is AMAZING. Perfect in every way, and the clarity in image, colour, real time, recording, recognition, and all the customizable things it features are great. Invest in something that actually functions how it’s supposed to. Don’t continue to waste your money on other brands or cheaper knock off versions.

I have this setup in the spare room that will very shortly be a puppy nursery. Foster dog is due in about 2 wks. The camera has to be plugged in. Plug is loose in every outlet in the room. Its in - but if you bump It, its out. Plus since it is loose, current dogs saw the long cord dangling & swaying from the socket and tore it from plug & camera. Then chewed it to bits. I had it 13 hrs & now I just had to order a replacement cord for $14. The camera is great- you can zoom in & out, clear pics. But barricade all around the plug of you have any curious, chewing pets. Or just order replacement cords when you order camera straight out of the gate
