These are thin without arch support. I bought them so I could add a small layer of comfort to my shoes. They worked out great. I seen where someone said it took two hours to cut them. It took me three minutes to cut one pair then I just used that one to cut the rest. Depending on shoes some are bigger and some smaller even though they are the same size. If the shoes you have fit tight these will make the fit tighter though. They are thin so they worked out fine for mine. I would say you can use them for most shoes and boots. They might show if you want them for sandals.

These might seem thick enough or soft enough but to be honest after the first five minutes they are very thin and do nothing for your feet, except make them sorer... Won't buy again..

Women's Thin Breathable Insoles: These insoles are what they say they are - thin insoles for women's shoes. They are NOT designed to be orthopedic or support insoles; if that is what you need, this product will not suit those needs. With that said, if you would like a little extra padding and cushioning in your shoes, without taking up a lot of room within the shoe, these are quite useful. I found they worked quite well in both an open-toe pair of heels, and as a second layer of insoles in a pair of garden boots that were a tad large. Like other replacement or supplementary insoles, you can easily cut them to size. Six pairs (left and right) in various colors come in a package. I would consider them a good value for the uses described above.
