Definitely worth a try, I feel I notice a difference.
I think I notice a real difference in my skin after starting these. I take a lot of supplements so it is hard to know for sure, but I feel like my skin and hair have been softer, and it might be helping my stomach too.

Side effects & Review of production
Day 1: I’ve taken this for one day only and that very same night I had major diarrhea. After checking side effects this is very common as it has high levels of protein. However my supply has been so low and have been taking liquid gold pills and has not worked. After one day on these, my dripping has come back after the shower which hasn’t happened since the first week of postpartum. On day 1 I went from making .5 oz every pump to a solid 1-1.5oz. I will update again after 1 week.
