These are made of 18/0 grade stainless steel, which is the lowest grade, and actually closer to 17% chromium. As ferritic steel It attracts a magnet strongly (see photos - no chance of the magnet falling off). Accordingly be sure to dry after washing, as spots will appear where water drops have dried. (4 month update) Product performing very well for the use intended and easy to clean. Still looking brand new.

Well made product

I had a very old tray that came with the oven and over time became very dark - originally enamel. These are brillian - have used many times since purchase and still shiny. Even use them to serve the food as they look so good. -Don't be tempted to vut on them as the knife will mark - not good for the knife also. Hold temp well for serving. Easy to clean and dryafter each use.

Great sizes. Used a couple of times with no problems.

These trays are sturdy & easy to clean. Yes, they will warp a little if you put them cold into a very hot oven, but they return to flat on cooling.
