Works great, personally I use warm water with a small amount of peroxide. Crazy how much better I can hear after using and money saved from a doctor visit for them to do the exact same thing.

Be sure to use olive oil or debrox prior so that impacted wax will be softened for easier removal. Set up a maintenance program IF you have a tendency to build wax.

The product comes in a nice storage case. Upon assembly, the pump handle of the sprayer popped out of place - and was a bit difficult to pop back in. LOTS of little parts and pieces, so I would not recommend for anyone who has issues with small motor skills or arthritis. The curette tools are in a small plastic storage container that was difficult to open - especially knowing there were small pieces inside that could scatter.Once assembled, the sprayer was easy to use and the basin was made well/caught the water that was draining from the ear.Several translation errors in the written instructions i.e. under "HOW TO USE: It is best to perform the irrigation by somebody around"Somebody around what??? Also, on the box of curette tools also has writing that said camping tools.

Worth the money

Everyone needs this! it is amazing how well it works and the principal is very simple. my daughter was complaining of no hearing well on one ear, used this tool to rinse the ear canal and there was so much ear wax that I could not believe it! finished both ears and she immediately said "please leave a 5 star review, it is so helpful ".

This is a poor imitation of the Hear brand one.Cons-1- The pressure is non existent2- It doesn't hold water in the tube or hose instead it just leaks out3- The deflector is just a soft rubber washer that is deformed in every direction4- The Nozzle is short with a very small hole which doesn't help build the pressure eitherIn comparison the Hear brand one has a nice adjustable pressure from slight to full (but still safe) blast. The Nozzle has a slightly bigger hole but it also is longer with a nice taper to direct. The deflector is firm and concave so it actually does its job properly. Unfortunately, the quality of the sprayer is not great so the spring has to be replaced every now and then. The hose is short and doesn't fit snugly so it falls off in use. Also the Nozzle on the sprayer is a proprietary size so you can't just move it to a better sprayer.The pros-1- the Nozzle on the sprayer is normal size so it can be moved to a better sprayer. This is actually the only reason I am keeping it.2- it does give you alot of extras including the case. Although I doubt I will use any of them haha.The generous 3 stars are only due to the accessories and the Nozzle being able to be swapped onto a better quality sprayer.
