I’m not a wine snob and don’t really care about having a particular glass for each kind of wine. This being said these glasses are perfect in my opinion for both red and white wines. The stem is very short and the base is thick and solid and yet the glasses are attractive. I think they are also good for clumsy people and those who have arthritis in the hands - they are easy to hold onto and drink from. The set is only two glasses but would make a nice gift for someone too - they come in their own box which opens and closes with a small tab that is like a magnet so there is no need to cut or tear open the box. I don’t see why these couldn’t be used for juice, milk or other beverages in addition to wine. Definitely worth the price!

What pieces of art these are! The box is worth keeping as the whole presentation is flawless. This is a remarkable company that goes way beyond what anyone would expect. When I purchased my Lalique and Baccarat crystal years ago they were not packaged half as well. These glasses are stunning, comfortable to hold and very impressive looking and feeling. These are a one of a kind crystal wine glass. Have never even seen anything like them and I have been kicking around this planet for 70+ years so I plan on ordering several more sets. A perfect gift for friends in that the presentation is amazing.

A very nice unique looking wine glass. I wanted to love this unique wine glass but really can't due to questionable quality of one of the wine glass. One of the wine glass has an apparent flaw where the stem meets the bulb of the glass. There appears an unsmooth edging around the stem. I am not sure whether it is a manufacturing flaw or something else. The product also seems as if it was a return item as the box that holds the glass was damaged as though someone who didn't know how to open the box had tore one of its sides. So did I get a return item from the vendor or Amazon??? Can't really say but I am less than happy with the item. For the price paid for such a dubious quality product, I would not recommend this product since there is either a lack of quality control or that the vendor is trying to rid itself of returned products.
