I liked that these cover my entire breast. However the corners have rather sharply edges and I cut my nipple. Not great when you’re already sore and recovering from surgery. They also don’t stay cold as long as my others.

Had to use these heating packs to pump more milk and it worked well. I normally don't produce a lot of milk but with these packs, I was getting significantly more and even at a lower syction setting of my Freemie pump. They are so soft and won't burn your skin or make your breasts or skin sweat. I applied them cold as well when I had engorgement. I also use them for my other needs whenever I need an ice pack or heating pack. Very practical and good quality. My friend, who is a lactation specialist, recommended to use these and I am so glad she did!!!
