Neutrogena Hydro Boost Lip Treatment works immediately, smoothing fine lines and moisturizing the lips. Perfect for all weather. I love the product but am somewhat disappointed with the packaging. I understand that being soft, it can't be put in a tube-like container. However, the plastic container was very difficult to open at first. Then it became easier but the back hinge cracked! It still snaps back on for now or I would have a mess. Also, it is best applied with a finger and for that I like to make sure my hand is very clean. I'd like to use it frequently throughout the day but now only apply it in the morning where I can make sure my fingers are clean and the plastic container won't be tossed around in a purse or make-up pouch. Johnson and Johnson has a great product but needs to get their engineers working on a better case. They will increase their sales as we all become addicted to our new youthful lips.

The very best product available for dried lips. Very expensive and hard to find. But you only need a dot so it lasts a long time when used sparingly. Must have. Tried everything with no success.

It's very nice and hydrating. To me it really doesn't have a scent s far and I haven't noticed a bad flavor. I'm very impressed about how well it works. It would get 5 stars from me if there were more in it, also it's hard to open but the product itself works great!

My skin is always dry. This is the first product that hasn't tasted awful and didn't need reapplication more than once, if that, a day that has kept my lips from peeling. In the winter it's a bloody mess, but right now, in the summer, this product is already giving me hope for the cold months. It doesn't feel slimy or slippery. I'm really not sure why everyone is so up in arms about the packaging. Every lip balm I've ever bought has been in a tub, since the beginning of time. Wash your hands first if the thought of your own skin and cells being in your own balm is upsetting.....? if this had a screw on lid, it would have to be so narrow a lid that it would be impossible to close with product on your finger. It's not that hard to open, at all. I have arthritis and muscle issues but not once have I "stabbed my thumbnail into the product" or anything close, I was thinking of the reviews I read before buying this product and was a little nervous to open it... And then really confused that so many people had issues. It's a slim compact that fits in my pocket or purse easily. Super convenient. Maybe they re-designed the packaging since these last reviews?? Still confused at the struggle.

Why I won’t be buying it again. Mainly, the case is SO ANNOYING. I am always fighting with it to open the lid so I can use the product. I even thought about breaking it off or placing a tiny piece of tape where it snaps shut but then the lip balm would dry out. It destroys my nail trying to jar the little slit to get it to pop open Every Single Time I Use It. UGH!! If they redesigned the packaging so that it wasn’t a battle to open it, I still wouldn’t repurchase this since it doesn’t stay on my lips for very long because it’s so ‘slippery’ I guess? It has a heavy texture/feel to it, goes on like grease, slides across your lips, they feel divine and nourished, you are loving it……… for the first five minutes. Then, as you unconsciously lick you lips, have a drink, whatever, it’s off and then you have to go back to battle opening that annoying case to reapply. I think Cortibalm is far superior to this product. Surrrrrre Cortibalm doesn’t have the lip “gloss” look & feel BUT it conditions your lips whereas this neutrogena lip gloss is very momentary. It’s almost like it evaporates after a few minutes for me

I' ve spent a very long time and lots of $$$ looking for a product like this for my extremely dry lips. I've been using it for quite sometime and have re- ordered it several times. It is colorless, tasteless and scentless and feels like the finest silk on application. It isn't a gloss. It absorbs completely with no greasy look. I can add my own lip color and shine if I want it. This is a treatment. It has been almost miraculous in effectiveness. I use it constantly throughout the day and before bedtime. Finally, my lips have quit their embarrassing peeling and cracking. I love it 💞

I have looked for a lip moisturizer that actually helps my dry lips that I have from summer rides on my motorcycle. My lips get so dry and even crack and for years I’ve found nothing that helps adequately. This helped my lips heal and feel smooth within 2-3 days. A little pricey for such a small amount but it only takes a tiny bit and it’s worth every penny!

I love this lip mask. It conditions and moisturises my cracked and dry lips - so very important during winter. It came well packaged and promptly arrived before schedule. Thank you, Amazon.

I bought this as Neutrogena hydraboost is a great product, so thought that this one would be good too. But I was wrong. It does not keep the lips moisturized for a very long time and so, not worth the price at all. The RAS tinted lip balm is much better than this one.

I like this product, but I've only used it for about 2 weeks, so can't say I've seen any improvements...But the container is hard to open and you get so little of the product...

Es tal vez el mejor bálsamo para labios que he probado. Mis labios son secos como el Atacama. Este bálsamo hidrata al instante, deja los labios suaves e incluso mejoran su volumen. Es muy untuoso, así que no es de esos que hay que aplicarle presión para aplicar, sino que rápidamente tenemos producto en el dedo o la brocha que utilicemos para aplicar. En mi caso me gusta trabajarlo bien con brocha para que el producto penetre mejor en la piel. Los mejores resultados empiezan a verse después de 2 o 3 días de uso.

Super contente de mon achat car ce baume à lèvre se présente telle une « petite palette » et non sous forme de stick et,donc,comme il est plat et non rond,il se cale facilement dans mon sac(qui est déjà bien rempli donc...gain de place!!Tient parfaitement sur les lèvres,ne déssèche pas et,donne un effet « glossy » par dessus votrE RAL!!!Bonne hydratation et ssurée👍
