Women Need Testosterone, Too!
This is great! I used to get bioidentical testosterone pellets due to testing at testosterone being non-existent in my body years ago. At first that was great! Over time I started having so many negative side effects, I stopped getting them & the side effects went away. I started taking these to help stand in the gap. I feel like these are just enough that I get the benefits without the side effects. Women need adequate testosterone, too! This is supportive without highjacking your body's own hormonal system. I take it at night because it makes me sleepy. It might give someone else more energy. I'm subscribed to it so I never run out.

Created Issues with Resting Heart Rate
Having tried it, I would never take this again. I'm in my late 30s and fit, my RHR is around 48-52. Taking this, my RHR was stuck between 85-110, apparently this is a side effect for 2 of the three substances in this mix. I did not sleep poorly while taking it, but multiple times I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I was going to pass out (not tired but flashing lights ringing ears pass out). Probably a blood pressure effect. I discontinued before finishing off the bottle.

Wait a month of taking it before deciding
I’ve taken it a week & dont notice a difference yet. Other supplements have taken 2-3 weeks so I’m hopeful

I only take this very rarely but it does help re-energize. Great to take along with exercise, recovery and general positivity.
