Q: Can you use this on inside of car windows?

You could use it on a lot of things, however I don't recommend it.

Q: Could this be used to reduce fingerprints showing on the body (not screen) of a new m2 macbook air in midnight color?

If the body of the device is a matt surface this will not work on it. This will only bond to glass surfaces on the device.

it should be fine to use on a plastic watch face, it drys clear so it should be fine

Q: Has anyone used this product on eyeglasses to reduce smudes and smears? Any luck?

Short answer it will work on glass lenses. I would not recommend it on acrylic lenses. It is just rubbing alcohol. My opinion is not to recommend this product. It does nothing to anything. You are better off buying some car windshield spray or rubbing alcohol than this over-priced thing.
