I used these to replace my brake lights on my Hyundai Accent 2012 and they are significantly brighter than the stock halogens. It was tough to get the compartment open to unscrew the old lights but that was a car issue and not a light issue, a couple YouTube videos should show you how to get to your lights. The 6500K white color is sharp and modern looking. They also use less power and run cooler.Install note: Make sure your car is compatible with LEDs for brake lights. In some vehicles, you may need a resistor to avoid hyperflashing.

Definitely waaaaaaaay brighter than the regular ( incandescent ) non LED’s bulbs!11357 regular bulbs in my classic car tail lights was still dim until I installed these.I highly recommend them.Should last longer now since it’s LEDdefinitely a lot less heat and looks great when it’s flashing.

I put these in two Jeeps that have diodes in line with the brake lights so I can flat tow them. The diodes knock about 1.5v off the brake light feed, which means incandescent bulbs are pretty dim on the brake. These babies don't care, they're way brighter than the standard bulbs! One set is now two years old and working fine so I just bought a second set for the other jeep. Great solution for dim tail and brake lights in older vehicles.

Put these (amber) in the rear blinkers on my 2018 Honda Shadow Phantom. Way brighter and blinks more rapidly. Makes the front blinkers (standard bulbs) blink faster too. Very happy. Make sure you understand the difference between the 1156 and 1157 lights.

UPDATE: 9/1/2022 - since I had these in my 2016 Iron 883 and they worked with no problems, I decided to give them one more shot after them not working in my 2020 Harley Softail. I tried them in a 2022 Sportster, Harley has not made any changes to the bike since the 2016 I had. The signals themselves work fine, but the indicators hyper flash. Sets BCM codes for open circuit or voltage high on all 4 lights. I went through every combination of hazard flashes, turn signal flashed, ignition on/off know to man and still does the same thing. Took it to the dealer and the BCM was already set for LEDs, obviously the hazard tricks worked to set the BCM but these lights still hyper flash the indicators and set fault codes. Turns out, the fault codes set in the BCM as soon as the ignition is turned on, without even turning on a signal. Upon more diagnostics, there is a solid .5 to .8 volts feeding back through on the turn signal wire when the park lights are on. I pulled the pins out of the parking lights on the connectors and BINGO, they work fine with no hyper flash and no fault codes. These bulbs are just junk. Not sure what changed in the last few years as when I ordered them in 2017 for my 2016 bike, they worked. However, I have not gotten them to work on the 2020 softail or the 2022 sportster, in both cases I was seeing the voltage feedback. This time, I went the extra step to disable the parking lights to make absolute sure the voltage feedback was causing the problem and sure enough that is it. A junk product. If you are not bothered by the hyperflashing on the dash, or if you have an older vehicle, I am sure they will be fine for you. I have learned my lesson on this product and know to not try them anymore.These bulbs kept causing fault codes in the computers and flickered. I tried every method known to get the computer to recognize the LED bulbs to no avail. Purchased a different brand locally, more expensive, but the learn procedure for the computer worked immediately and the other bulbs work perfectly. The 1157 version of this bulb had about a half volt feedback on the turn signal circuit when the park lights are on, possible cause? Other brand that works did not show a feedback voltage. Not sure why these 1156 bulbs didn’t work, but the other brand works so just going to return these and keep the ones that work.
