I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I’m so glad I found it! I even ordered 2! It’s easy to use and it comes with back up tools and supplies just in case one breaks! Mine sadly broke on the needle part of it where it’s tufts and luckily I was able to replace it since they provided an extra one and a little screw! It all worked out and I got it working again! Good for beginners and honestly long time use even for professionals!

The media could not be loaded. I have bought the machine and frame bundle.Unpacking and setupI have ordered Monday, machine was delivered Wednesday and the frame came Thursday. It was lighting fast delivery!It was well packaged. I would say I was a bit anxious having to put the frame together. It came with clear instruction and pieces were labeled. This is one of the easiest experience when I have to build something. First, print on the instruction was big enough to see and it’s in English. I had it built within 20 mins, all by myself.Usage, it pretty much came with everything for you to start except the G clamp, just order clamps then you’ll be ready to go.MachineI’m happy to have bought this and this is my 2nd machine. I have noticed the slowest speed on this machine is slower than my first machine. It is good when I do curve and fine details, I always mess up because the other machine I have is too fast. I also it tufts real well, in the video I have uploaded, my cloth was loose because I have a hole🤣 on the other end, but I can tell the machine is lighter compare to the one I have and it does run smooth on the cloth.I did not regret a bit owning this set.

I purchased this thinking it would be a great starter but I was so wrong. It sparks every time I plug it in. The QR code didn't work for the manual and I've reached out to their support team both on Facebook and their website and never heard anything back. The screw for the scissors was stripped so I couldn't change them out until I finally broke the screw and the replacement scissors they sent are a joke and I can't get ahold of anyone to help me with these issuess or get access to the instructions to maybe try to troubleshoot. Also it will sometimes just stop working and make a squealing sound even after I lubricated everything. I really do wish this worked better or at least had better customer service.

First off, I love that the gun is pink and that they send you several different stickers to chose from to decorate it with - really cute idea. I have ordered another tufting gun from a different seller in the past that left the yarn loose on the back of the rug - I could never get the yarn tight enough - I don't have that problem with this gun, it always gives me tight and neat rows. I like how easy it is to change the speed because most of the time I need to go fast, but once and a while I need to slow down when I'm getting into small spaces - yet it never loses that neatness and tightness even when you're using a slower speed. I've included some photos of the front and back of the rug I am currently working on as well as a photo of the rug tufting gun. I'd also like to add that I had an issue that I needed help with and customer service was very responsive and helpful. Overall I am happy with the quality of the gun and I hope to make many more projects in the future!

I am a totally new beginner to the tufting world. So this is my very first gun. It's a little tricky to learn but all in all it's really awesome. It's heavier than I thought it would be originally however I like it. It's not hard to use and the price was really good. I still have some learning to do since I haven't had it long at all. But I'm really pleased with this. Might I add. It does come with instructions, you to scan the code in order to get it but you do get a downloaded copy of the instructions. Just figured I would through that in there if any other newbies are looking at this gun. All in all I think it's worth the buy for sure.

No user manual, can't figure out how to adjust the needle length for shorter or longer tufting. QR code that came on a card went to sales. Basic tufter - that cuts. Couldn't figure out how to make loops only (see no user manual). Tried looking it up online, but no joy. For a basic beginner tufting gun at one set length it works. Not sure I'd pay full price for a tool that just does one thing.

Good product. Pretty straightforward. Came with what I needed. The only issue was that the whole thing was covered in grease when it arrived. Might have been a shipping issue and was easy to clean up.

I could not figure out how to get the machine to work and set it aside for months. I had lost the instructions and never watched the videos for this specific machine. I was finally determined to figure out what was going wrong, and after being unsuccessful in finding Artufting videos, I decided to email support. They were quick to respond, asked for a video of mine to analyze, and immediately pointed out what I was doing wrong: I was moving the machine from the top to the bottom of the fabric, and it can only move from bottom to top! Even though in retrospect it was kind of a dumb question, they were very kind and thorough in their response.After making some adjustments to my technique, the machine works great! I use a little bit of wire to thread it, and it handles acrylic yarn just fine. Happy with this purchase!
