First off, ignore that one star review. They are obviously a seller trying to get people to buy from them. They don't have anything like this listed and their prices are triple what I paid for this.This is rack is great, hold about 8 pans and a few large pots. Also holds around 6 wine glasses on each side (depending on size, I could only fit 5 red). Simple to install, it took my 35 minutes (I had to give a bottle to my 8 month old midway through) from opening to the finished picture.My two gripes:1) there isn't really a good way to adjust height. I have the chains starting on the back hook, up to the ceiling, wrapped around front hook then secured to the back hook. If that didn't work, I would have needed to make an HD run to pick up some shorter chain. Larger loops for the chain would alleviate this problem.2) the hooks aren't lined up where joists typically are, they are slightly closer. My window isn't centered on a joist, so this never would have been able to be centered on the window, but there is an angle I to the level I resolved by placing the heavier pans strategically.All in all, good product and very happy with my purchase. I delayed because of that 1 star, but after actually reading the review, I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger.

Very nicely made. We did add extra support to the ceiling hooks.

The rack itself is very nice. The reason I am taking away 1 star is that the item had some previous damage(or some other imperfection) that was filled in with putty very poorly. It would not have been noticeable if they had taken the time to sand it down. I sanded it down, and since I planned on painting the rack anyways, it all worked out!
