I don't know why, but I can literally never get this thing to work. I've bought more than 5 of these modules, and I've tried it in various PCB designs, including breakout boards, and it NEVER works. I think they're literally just dead on arrival? This isn't the problem in my own case but I am also a bit confused about why they chose to make 115200bps the default baud rate. This is unusual for GPS modules. 9600bps would have been a much better choice, and easier to work with in a lot of cases.
