My eyes kind of change color between blue and green, so I considered both the Almay for blue eyes and the one for green eyes. Ultimately, I went with the blue eyes palette because the green eyes palette seemed too dark for my taste.I have seen other reviewers complain that they had to use a lot to get good coverage. I disagree. Makeup is meant to enhance your natural appearance, not stand out like war paint. This palette does, indeed, enhance my eye color, and I would recommend it to others.

I judge a shadow by how the product sticks to the brush while applying. It’s crumbly and I end up looking like a raccoon. The shadow falls onto my under eyes. I tried tapping the brush before applying, dabbing, but it just doesn’t cooperate.

I’ve always hated drug store eyeshadows. I have very golden tan skin. Almay is one brand I stay FARRRRR away from. I’m not their target audience at all.I ended up purchasing this on a whim. And let me tell you. This is one of the best drugstore eye shadows I’ve ever tried. Blendable. Pigmented, and actually shows up! I’ve extremely pleased.Only 2 complaints is that I wish the 2 corner shadows were bigger. Especially the brown. And I wish the base color was a matte instead of a shimmer. Since I got tan skin. The shimmery peach and the nude shade look the exact same. I ordered the purple palette. Excited to play with it!

Almaty is a solid brand, and the reasonable price makes it easy to try new colors. This palette is lovely, the only drawback (for me) is that the liner shade tends to be a bit messy when dry. Best to use a damp brush.

Great color palate and color. Almay is a great product that last and hypoallergenic, I buy for the color and quality of product.
