Bell Revolver Evo Modular Motorcycle Street Helmet

I layed my bike down at 93mph. On impact my scapula and helment hit the ground. I was unconscious for 3 minutes. I got tangled up with the bike . I was drug for 40 foot. I had a mild concussion broken bones where Scapula, 4 ribs tore a muscle in my knee.

I returned this helmet due to poor fit. I owned a Bell Qualifier DLX in XL and that helmet is extremely comfortable. I had nothing but problems with the integrated Sena mount and gave that helmet to a friend, then looked to buy a new helmet that I could just use the clamp mount that came with the Sena.I absolutely love the design and look of this helmet, but feel the features cause it to be MUCH less comfortable than some of the other helmets Bell offers. I ordered and XL and it was true to size just less padding and some painful pressure points. I feel the cause of this is mainly due to the drop down sun shield needing space between the shell and padding. The lining is very thin up near the forehead and I feel the ridges of the airflow channels. The Qualifier does not have this same issue.Also, it looks like the button for the sun shield is right where the sena clamp mount would go. I never got that far, because the poor fitment, but I don't see where I would clamp the mount if I'd have kept it.The visor doesn't seat nearly as well as the qualifier either. The qualifier pops down with a audible thud when the visor seals. This helmets "face gasket" is much different and it just sorta wedges it's way closed with no real click or thud. I also ordered a smoked shield with this helmet and it didn't fit as well as the clear shield it came with. I made sure it was mounted correctly with all the little plastic bits in the right place and tried multiple times. I'm sure this helmet would have leaked some air at the face shield if I had actually tried it on a ride.It's really too bad they don't offer this helmet without the sun shade and flip up face. If this was the same features as the Qualifier non-DLX (That integrated mount is garbage) and just had these lines, design and colors, it'd be amazing. It's far from that unfortunately.Pros: Beautiful design and paint job. Price.Cons: Comfort. Fit. Weight.

I have just recently purchased this helmet, and received it yesterday (26 March 2018). Order arrived on time as promised, and helmet looks really sharp. I appreciate that it came with a helmet cover bag for storage when not riding (a simple drawstring bag of soft material to protect the helmet when not in use). I tried it on, and the XL was a perfect fit out of the box (My head falls within L-XL), and I can already see some of the thought that went into the design of the helmet. For example, I am already looking to purchase a Bluetooth headset for my commutes, and there are already cutouts and material surrounding the area where headset speakers are to be installed. I wear glasses (wire frame), and I still need to put them on after I put the helmet on, but there is enough room for me to wear my glasses and still be able to drop the inner sun visor down. The fit and finish of the helmet is more than I was expecting for $200, and it's actually fairly lightweight. This is my first motorcycle helmet that I have bought (I am about to take my Motorcycle Safety Course in order to get my class "M" endorsement), and I look forward to many rides with it. I will update this review once I have my own motorcycle, and have ridden some miles under it.

I really love this helmet. I actually ordered the wrong size first, and had to order another one that was the correct size. I will say that I am an XL helmet, and the XL was what ended up working for me in this helmet type, though it has to be "broken in" and it will loosen up a tiny bit, as with all helmets. Bell has a nice sizing chart that you can use for reference if you don't know your helmet size.This helmet is very sleek looking. I also love that it is a modular helmet, I've never owned one before, and I've got to say that they really are pretty convenient. Flipping up the face of the helmet couldn't be easier. So far I have only worn the helmet when I was riding in the city, so I can't really attest to wind noise, however, I can say that, in my opinion, it seemed fine.One thing I will mention is that the helmet comes with a clear lens, so if you opt for the smoked lens, you will have to order it separately.I would recommend this to a friend!

Really like this helmet overall. Although not the most important thing, the styling is really nice. Now to the more important stuff. Good fit with nice padding. Internal sun shade is great and easy to deploy. Locking mechanism for the face plate is high quality.Only significant con I’ve found is that the padding isn’t made for usage with eyeglasses. Can still get my glasses in there, but not super comfortable.

Great helmet, fits perfectly and I love the modular option as well as the internal sun shade. Several reviews on here say to "choose a size larger" this was not my experience. I've always used a size L helmet and this one was no different, the XL was WAY to big when I tried it on.

This helmet is actually excellent quality and was packaged as such from the seller. Arrived on time and carefully wrapped. Pristine condition. Looks are awesome as advertised.That said my head shape just didn’t work for this helmet. Large fit comfortably (perfectly actually) on my dome (23 in head), however there just wasn’t any chin clearance whatsoever. My chin was pressed firmly against the front which in addition to feeling claustrophobic could also tell my jaw would shatter in the event of a crash. And yes I pulled the wind flap down first. Highly recommend if you have a rounder head shape. Oval heads may have my issue.

Went on a couple of rides on this. and its a great helmet. Can't speak to how loud as I wear ear plugs, but I have a round shaped head and it fits perfectly. I researched so long and I kept coming back to this modular helmet. There are better full helmets out there, but for modular, I think you won't regret this one, especially for the style and comfort and for those of us round headed like myself. Don't pay $200, grab it on sale for $150 or less.

looks good, price is right, but this helmet is not made for highway riding, very nosy, i do most of my riding in city, so dont mind it that much, but if you do lots of highway, invest in something more quit

Es elegante, cómodo y con un buen visor. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es la visión con la careta levantada, esperaba fuera más amplia, pero se entiende que el casco está hecho para usarse siempre cerrado y solo abrirlo para cosas extraordinarias, NO para usarse todo el tiempo en modo abierto.

Would easily give it 5 stars - shipping was really fast - helmet fit perfectly - very comfortable - not as loud as people say plus your helmet should let you hear around you. the only con is the interior tinting lens. fogs up very quickly so you will need a tinted visor... otherwise very nice helmet for a very good price.

Helmet is a great fit. Nice colour and great design from my own opinion. Saftey approved, and good instructions given in owners manuel.
